I’m a lucky guy.

I’ve worked at some of the most influential ad agencies in the world – Ogilvy, DDB, Chiat, McGarryBowen and Saatchi, to name a few.  I helped build brands such as IBM, Microsoft, Kraft, Toyota and Disney, and learned how under the guidance of legends like Helmut Krone, Tom Messner and Steve Hayden.

Along the way I’ve taken periodic breaks from the business to achieve an outlandish goal I’ve set for myself: becoming a staff writer on a hit sitcom; writing and selling a screenplay; directing enough commercials to earn my DGA card; and most recently, teaching English at a top Los Angeles private school. In each case, I returned to my advertising career a little worldlier, a little smarter, and a lot more capable.

Today I consult with advertising, public relations and marketing agencies around the world, helping them create messaging and content that’s persuasive, impactful and unforgettable.

Pretty lucky, right?
